Do you know what my favorite thing about spring is? It's hearing the birds singing in the morning. After a long winter of silence, it is so wonderful to hear early morning wake up calls from the returning birds. But I admit I don't know too much about birds. I really couldn't tell one from the other. Either by listening to them or by seeing them. But this book is surely helping to change that. The book has pictures and descriptions of dozens of birds. And the CD that comes with it has the bird songs that help you identify the sounds. Be warned though. Don't play this CD around your cat. It will drive it crazy!!!
