Catrina doesn't want to move to a new town. Away from her home, her friends, her school. But she is trying to be brave. They are moving for her sister. Maya has cystic fibrosis which makes it hard for her to breathe. The air in the new town is supposedly better for her lungs so Cat will do all she can to make the move work. But when they arrive in Bahia de la Luna, all the people want to do is talk about all the ghosts that are in the town. The last thing Cat wants to think about is ghosts and death.
