We first met Crocodile in the book I,
Crocodile. He was happily living in Egypt when Napoleon of
France found him. He brought him to Paris to show off. But
now Napoleon wants to eat him! So Crocodile figures out a
way to escape and goes to Venice with him. Venice is a
beautiful city with lots of canals that are just right for
Crocodile. And then he becomes the toast of the town!
