Joe had really been looking forward to spending Christmas at home with his dad. But now his life has taken a whole new turn. When his dad is called out of town, Joe is put on the train to spend the holidays with his mother in Canterbury. When he gets off the train at the wrong stop, he "borrows" a bike that seems to have a life of it's own. And Joe ends up in the company of witches.
